Scrapbook Update

I've actually made a lot of progress since my last scrapbook post! I'm halfway through 2008. Although I have to admit that I went and looked back at my last scrapbook (mostly my senior year) and it is not as "done" as I had thought it was. I still
have to do my senior prom page and some graduation pages. Oh well. At least I'm still being productive. These are my favorite pages so far:

Everything I used was stuff I already had: card stock (white and tan), Elements aqua ribbon, Making Memories foam stamp set in "misunderstood," and a Distress Ink pad in antique linen. I like it when the pages are clean and simple but still pretty.

I scrapbook in our laundry room, which has a desk and a lot of cabinets and counter space. Here is where I've been chillin' all day:

My mom hates it when I take over the space, which is pretty much all the time since my scrapbooking kind of resides there, but it usually looks more picked up than this. I mean come on, the creative process is messy.

I have to confess that I did do something against my "speed scrapbook" resolution: I reordered the beach pics from 2008 in black and white. They just weren't cutting it in color, and I always have wanted to do a black and white page. Hopefully I'll be able to get that done before I leave on Monday.
