You know when you go home, and your mom makes something amazing that for whatever reason you could never have at home or school, and you are just oh so happy? That's what this delicious pasta was for me. When I went home a few weeks ago my mom tried this Wegmans recipe and added some shrimp that she had sauteed in olive oil... it was DELICIOUS. If you have a Wegmans, or are so inclined to recreate this recipe, and are looking for something a little fancier to make, I would highly recommend this dish. It was even really good left over. Just looking at these pictures makes me wish that I had some in my fridge right now.

ReplyDeleteYum! While I was in Italy my sister taught me how to make orrechiette pasta and we made it for dinner one night - amazing! I will have to try this recipe and maybe make the homemade pasta to go with it?!?
