Fittingly, we are using our crockpot for the first time today! I'm really exciting. I'm making Pork BBQ a la Iowa Girl Eats. As you can see, I'm easing myself into this cooking business, haha.
Thanks for the response to my blog post on Wednesday! I got a lot of helpful feedback, and hopefully I'll be able to take the plunge sometime in the next few months.
I had also mentioned that we had ordered a new computer to replace my old one (well, not that old, unfortunately.) We decided to get an HP desktop and I'm really happy with it so far. I went through the trouble of taking before and after pics, but I appear to have deleted them. It's probably for the best, there is clutter everywhere.
